Let Only Service – 6.5% No added VAT
Rent Collection Service – 8% (No added VAT) per annum
Fully Managed – 10% (No added VAT) per annum
Inventory and check-in: From £135.00
To arrange an inventory clerk to compile the check-in report on the first day of the tenancy and carry out a check-in with tenant(s).
Inventory and Check-Out: From £120.00
To arrange an inventory clerk to compile the check-out report on the last day of the tenancy, recommend works and negotiate deposit deductions, administer the deposit return, submit & progress a deposit dispute with the adjudicators if necessary.
Deposit registration: FREE OF CHARGE
To register the deposit & issue prescribed information to the tenant at the start of the tenancy
Tenancy Agreement: £90.00
Tenant References: £85.00 per tenant
Including credit check, employer & landlord references and the right to rent/immigration checks.
Property inspections: £65.00
